DDM holds a “Camp on the Shared View of Dharma Drum University’s Mission and Vision.” The camp establishes “ the protection of the spiritual environment” as its core value, fostering leaders with both compassion and wisdom, exploring the future of humanities, and building a pure land on earth” as the mission and vision of Dharma Drum University. It also concludes that the ways to put these into practice should be by “building the school into an international village of education, working out a diversified learning, innovating academic research, and setting up a paradigm and consensus for global purification”
