Of Public Works North Shi Zi No. 0990706581 letter in which it permited the approval of dumping of "Chan Joy Shu Yuan" surplus earth and spoil ; North Public Shi Zi No. 0990706579 permited the dumping of "administrative and academic buildings " surplus earth and spoil letter of approval; North Shi Zi No. 0990706569 agreeed to "Gym" the dumping of surplus earth and spoil letter of approval.
