Description

To study theory and concepts as a solid base to help understand the relationship between Chan meditation and the adjustment of body & mind;
practice meditation, learn the Chan approach and experience a deeply introspective mental state. The final aim is to apply these experiences to one’s everyday life, to one’s relationship with the self, with others and with the universe.
course will cover lectures, exercises (including meditation, relaxation, dynamic Chan meditation, etc.) and discussion.
